Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Prism, an AI-powered social media content studio ("Prism", "we", "us", "the Service"). By creating an account or using Prism, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Prism lets you upload photos and videos and uses third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI, xAI Grok, or a self-hosted Ollama instance) to generate captions, hashtags, and images intended for you to review and post to your own social media accounts.

2. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@prismaicreator.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

• You will not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the right to use.
• You will not use Prism to generate content that is intended to deceive, defame, harass, or violate the rights of others.
• You will not attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• You are solely responsible for complying with each social media platform's own terms and content policies (e.g. Meta, TikTok) when you publish AI-generated content there.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Captions, hashtags, and images produced by Prism are generated by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for a given context. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated output before publishing it anywhere. Prism does not currently auto-publish to any social platform without your review; when direct publishing is introduced, it will always require an explicit confirmation step from you before anything is posted.

5. Ownership of Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the photos, videos, and other content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Prism a limited license to process that content solely to generate the AI output you requested and to store your generation history for your own account access.

6. Intellectual Property

Prism, including its underlying technology, features, and branding, is the proprietary property of its operators. Patent protection is pending on certain features of the Service. "Prism" and its logo are trademarks of its operators. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to Prism's underlying software, technology, or intellectual property beyond your right to use the Service as intended.

7. Third-Party Services

Prism relies on third-party AI providers to function. Your use of Prism is also subject to the applicable terms of those providers to the extent your content is processed by them. We are not responsible for the availability, output, or acts/omissions of these third-party providers.

8. Termination

You may stop using Prism and request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing info@prismaicreator.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

Prism is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prism and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated content.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Prism after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
